• Stay in Makkah: 5 Star Hotel, Makkah Hilton, Zero distance from Masjid Al Haram with full Board Meals. If there is any damage to hotel property by the Haji during stay in the Hotel, the fine will be paid by the defaulting Haji as per the Hotel Policy.

• Stay in Madinah: 5 Star Hotel, Anwar Al Madinah Movenpick or Royal Rowdah Inn or Similar, Zero distance from Masjid Al Nabawi with full Board Meals. If there is any damage to hotel property by the Haji during stays in Shifting Hotel, Hilton Hotel, Movenpick Hotel or Royal Rowdah Inn, the fine will be paid by the defaulting Haji as per Hotel Policy.

• Stay in Shifting Class Hotel: (Aziziyah near Jamarat/Mina). Breakfast & Lunch & Dinner will be arranged in a buffet system by catering company. If there is any damage to hotel property by the Haji during stays in Shifting Hotel, Hilton Hotel, Movenpick Hotel or Royal Rowdah Inn, the fine will be paid by the defaulting Haji as per Hotel Policy.

• Food Arrangements: During stay in Shifting Hotel full board buffet system meals will be arranged with a local catering service provider. During stay in 5 Star Hotel of Makkah and Madinah full board meals will be provided from the 5 Star Hotels itself by their Chefs and in their restaurants. Though we have a Customized Indian / Asian Menu, these 5 Star Hotels have to follow certain Standard rules and the taste of food will not be very spicy and salt will be at a controlled level. So, The Haji’s who need very spicy food and extra amount of salt in their food shall add salt as per their taste and may carry pickles to add extra spice to their meal.

• Special Rooms in 5 Star Hotels: Special Rooms I.e. Haram View is not guaranteed as it is based on availability. If the Haji wish for a special room, the tour organizer can only guide and will not be responsible for the availability of the Special Rooms.

• Meal Timings: Meal timings should be strictly followed in all Hotels. No meals will be served beyond meal timings. No Food service in rooms will be allowed. Inviting guests for meals is not allowed as per the hotel policy.

• Laundry Services: Complimentary Unlimited Laundry service will be available in all Hotels. It is recommended to not give expensive & delicate clothes for washing as there are chances of them getting lost or damaged and not ironed properly. Also, Laundry service providers have come up with a new policy since 2018 as per which they do not accept small clothes like socks & undergarments. Thus you are requested not to give socks & undergarments in Laundry. The Laundry Service is a contracted service that we take from vendors in Saudi Arabia. We are not the only group to whom they will provide Laundry service. Thus due to the large number of people these Laundry vendors cater they tend to compromise on the quality of service. Since this is not in control of the Tour Organizer, the Tour Operator will not be responsible for Loss or Damage or Improper Ironing of Clothes during Laundry. If The Haji wish they may give their laundry to other local vendors to avoid taking chance of Loss and Damage and Improper Ironing of Clothes. The Local Vendors charge approximately SAR 10 to SAR 15 per cloth.

• Stay in Mina & Arafat: VIP tents will be available for stay in Mina and Arafat. Though we have VIP tents the space is allotted as per only the number of people sleeping in the tents no extra space is available. So, do not carry luggage and be patient to adjust in small space during stay in Mina & Arafat. As per experience it is also observed that the sofa cum bed available in the Mina tents cause more space crunch so Haji’s remove this sofa cum beds to free some space. Amenities & Service including Food & Transport in Mina, Arafat & Muzdallifa are Controlled, Directed and Managed by the Hajj & Umrah Ministry of Government of Saudi Arabia so we have to comply to their arrangements and unexpected change in rules.

• Ziyarat: Ziyarat of Historical places in Makkah & Madinah will be arranged with experienced guides in Luxury Buses. Ziyarat in group has to be followed with some rules which includes time limitation at every location. Trekking on mountains is not allowed in group ziyarat. Haji’s can explore the Historical places in detail during individual / personal ziyarat visits separate from group. Ziyarat of Taif, Zohrana, Badar and Museum is not included in the package and depend upon permission of Ministry of Hajj & Umrah.

• Tawaaf E Ziyarat: There will no Transportation provided by the tour organizer for Tawaaf E Ziyarat from Mina to Haram & Return. Because there will be huge crowd and strict security arrangements by the Govt. of Saudi Arabia. 

• Luxury Busses: Luxury Bus service with seat to seat accommodation will be provided.

• Wheel Chair: Any Haji who needs a wheel chair at the airport should inform at the time of booking.

• Airlines: Saudi Arabian Airline or Air India with Direct flights from BOM-JED and Return from MAD-BOM Flights.

• Hajj Visa: Hajj Visa will be provided.

• Gifts: Complimentary Gifts will be provided.

• Zam Zam Water: 5 Litres of Zam Zam will be provided as a complimentary gift. As per Saudi Govt rules Haji cannot carry extra Zam Zam water. Carrying zam zam water in small bottles and hiding them in bags is strictly not allowed. If caught the fine will be paid by the defaulting Haji.

• Orientation Program: An orientation programme will be held in Mumbai on 18^th June 2023 to educate about Hajj Arkaans and distribute gifts.

• Mufti Saheb / Religious Guide: Hazrat Mufti Aasif Bombaywala Sahab will be with us throughout the Haj Journey to guide about the Hajj Arkans.

• Qurbani: Cost of Qurbani is not included in this package and is supposed to be paid separately by the Haji. The Tour Organizer will only guide with option available for Qurbani and will not be responsible for Qurbani. The Haji can select from the various available options available to perform Qurbani.

• Dum or Sadqa: Cost of Dum & Sadqa incurred by the Haji is not included in this package and is supposed to be paid by the Haji.

• Personal Travel: Cost of personal travel i.e. Travel out of package itinerary is not included in this package and is supposed to be paid by the Haji.

• Fines: Cost of Fine incurred by the Haji due to negligence, ignorance or accident is not included in this package and is supposed to be paid by the Haji.

• Medical Expenses: Cost of Medicines bought by the Haji during the Hajj tour is not included in this package.

• Vaccinations: Mandatory Vaccinations (Meningitis, Oral Polio & other Vaccines) to be taken by the Hajis 15 days prior to departure to Saudi Arabia is Free if taken from Hajj Committee. These Vaccinations if taken out side of Hajj Committee of India shall be paid by the Haji.

• Covid Vaccination: All Pilgrims intending to go for Hajj are required to complete 2 doses of Vaccines approved by the Govt. of Saudi Arabia. The Full Vaccine certificate shall be provided to the tour organiser. RTPCR test (Only if required by the government) showing Covid –VE is required 72 hours before departure from India. In-case of pilgrim being Covid +VE at airport, Or Vaccination certificate being forged, all the consequences and fines shall be paid by the defaulting pilgrim. There will not refund of package cost.

• Luggage: Tag your luggage appropriately. Organizer will not be responsible for any Loss of Luggage.

• Excessive Luggage: Cost of excessive luggage is not included in this package and is supposed to be paid by the Haji.

• Additional Stay: Cost of additional stay other than the group is not included in this package.

• Unused Services: No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.

• Additional Meal: If Meal timings are not followed, Meals may not be available. Additional meal cost in such cases shall be paid by the Haji.

• Muzdallifah to Mina: Travel from Muzdallifah to Mina will be covered on Foot. No Bus Service will be available.

• GST 5%: GST of 5 % is included in the package cost.

• TCS (Tax Collected at Source 5%): As per the new rule by the Govt. Of India, TCS of 5% on the total package cost is supposed to be paid by the person undergoing foreign travel. This TCS amount is refundable to the passenger once he/she file the return. TCS is over and above the package cost.

• Organiser: Organiser with team will be always available at your service throughout the Hajj Journey.

• Hajj is very easy, but as Allah Subhaan Wa Taala has said there will be hardship.

• Our submission to this hardship and thanking Allah Taala for giving us the opportunity to be his guest and perform Hajj is of Prime Importance here and the Key for Maqbuliyat of our haj.

• Thus we need to be mentally and physically prepared so that we do not lose focus on ibadat and get misguided by the Shaitaan.

• Also remember that the Organizers team will be there with you at all times, they will do their best to ease thing as much as possible.

• Here we are trying to help you prepare mentally and guide you for the journey so that you don’t lose control of yourself under hardship and spoil your Hajj. Key to Successful Hajj is Sabar.

• There will be immense crowd of Hajis from all over world gathered during this specific period for a common objective of Haj.

• At Jeddah Airport except long waiting hours (approx. 10 to 12 hours) for clearing immigration and customs. Now due to COVID restrictions there may be new rules. Thus you need to maintain great deal of patience.

• There will be no transportation between Muzdallifah to Mina Tents. Hajis have to cover this distance by walking only.

• When going to Mina, Arafat and Muzdallifah, make sure you have no luggage as there will not be space to keep excessive luggage.

• Though we have VIP tents in Mina & Arafat the space allocation and providing service and amenities is done by the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah of KSA. The space is allotted based on number of haji staying in the tent and the space is only that much that the Haji can just fit in length & breadth.

• Praying in Masjid Al Nabwi within Riyaaz Ul Jannah is by Nusuk / Etmarana application appointment only. Please make sure that the email address you provided is valid and accessible to you during the hajj journey as you will get OTP on it. The Tour Organizer will not be responsible for unavailability of appointments due to technical issues.

• It is common to get body aches, cough and cold. Consult your Family Physician before travel and get along necessary medication for existing illness and common illness. Medicines in Saudi are very expensive. It is very important to keep check on your diet as well so that you keep yourself fit for the whole journey.

• To avoid losing Luggage make sure all your luggage is properly tagged. Make sure Identifiers or Labels are placed on easily identifiable areas of your luggage. Hand carry your valuables.

• It is good to carry power Banks for your mobiles as it will be difficult to charge your phones in Mina/Arafat /Muzdallifa.

• It is good to carry International Pin / Universal Pin power adaptor as our Indian power adaptor / charger pins will not connect in power sockets in Saudi Arabia.

• It is good to carry Marker Pens, Blank Labels and Tapes, Ropes, Ties cables, Cloth Hooks and Hangers.

• Due to traffic conditions and dependency on Moallim there may be waiting time for busses.

• There could be any unexpected change in rules by the Government of Saudi Arabia or the Moallim, we need to accept and comply.

• The Suitcase / Bags provided by the Tour Organizer are complimentary gifts. It is not a compulsion for the Haji to carry these bags only during the Journey, Haji may carry bags of their choice as well.

• Compulsory valid passport of 6-month validity before the departure for Hajj

• Compulsory Fully Vaccinated Certificate (Two doses of Covisheild) – If required from the Government

• Carrying Any Form or Substance of Narcotics / Drugs are banned & punishable by death penalty in Saudi Arabia
