• Stay in Makkah: 5 Star Hotel — Makkah Millennium Hotel (previously Hilton Hotel) with full board meals.
• Stay in Madinah: 4 or 5 Star — MovenPick Hotel with full board meals.
• Shifting Class Hotel: Hotel stay during shifting period in Makkah will be provided in Azizia or similar location.
• Stay in Mina & Arafat: VIP Tents with amenities as per Saudi Government directions.
• Food: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner in Buffet Self-Service System. Meal timings should be followed strictly.
• Moallim Services: Services from VIP Moallim. Stay and Food in Mina, Arafat & Muzdalifah arranged by Moallim.
• Local Ziyarat: Ziyarat of Historical places in Makkah & Madinah with experienced guides (subject to Government of Saudi Arabia permission).

• Wheel Chair: Any Haji needing a wheelchair should inform the organizer at the time of booking.
• Airlines: Saudi Arabian Airline Direct Return Flight.
• Hajj Visa: Hajj Visa will be provided.
• Laundry Services: Laundry with a limit of 31 pairs of clothes per Haji for the entire tour period.
• Gifts: Complimentary Gifts will be provided to all Hajees.
• Zam Zam Water: 5 Litres of Zam Zam as a complimentary gift from Star Tours & Travels.
• Orientation Programme: A programme held in Mumbai to educate about Hajj Arkaans before departure. All Hajis will be informed about the Date & Venue.
• Religious Guide: Hazrat Mufti Aasif Bombaywala Sahab will be present throughout the Hajj Journey to guide about Hajj Arkaans.
• Tour Organisers: Our organiser team will be available at your service throughout the entire Hajj Journey.
• Note: All Hotels are subject to availability; we will provide a similar hotel if required.

• Qurbani: Cost of Qurbani is not included.
• Dum or Sadqa: Cost of Dum or Sadqa incurred by the Haji is not included.
• Personal Travel: Cost of personal travel to Haram Shariff during shifting period is not included.
• Fines: Cost of fines incurred by the Haji due to negligence or ignorance is not included.
• Medical Expenses: Cost of medicines needed or bought by the Haji in Saudi Arabia is not included.
• Vaccination: Cost of mandatory vaccinations (Meningitis, Oral Polio & other vaccines) to be taken 15 days prior to departure is not included.
• Excessive Luggage: Acceptable limit is 40 Kg for Flight & 7 Kg for Hand Luggage. Excess charges not included.
• Tawaf-E-Ziyarat: Cost of travel during Tawaf-E-Ziyarat and Tawaf-E-Vida / Rukhsati is not included.
• Additional Stay: Cost of additional stay other than the group is not included.
• Unused Services: No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
• Additional Meals: If meal timings are not followed, meals may not be available. Additional meal costs shall be borne by the Haji.
• Damage to Hotel Property: Any damage to hotel property shall be borne by the responsible Hajee.
• Extra Fees: 2000 Riyals Saudi Government fees applicable for repeater pilgrims.

• Hajj is a beautiful journey, but as Allah Subhaan Wa Taala has stated — there will be hardship. Embrace it with gratitude.
• Submission to this hardship and thanking Allah Taala for the opportunity to be His guest is of prime importance for the acceptance of our Hajj.
• Be mentally and physically prepared so you do not lose focus on ibadah.
• Our organiser team will be with you at all times, doing their best to ease things as much as possible.
• There will be immense crowds of Hajis from all over the world gathered during this specific period.
• At Jeddah Airport, expect long waiting hours (approx. 10–12 hours) for clearing immigration and customs. Maintain great patience.
• There will be no transportation between Muzdalifah and Mina Tents. Hajis must cover this distance on foot.
• It is common to experience body aches, cough and cold. Bring necessary medication for existing and common illness. Medicines in Saudi Arabia are very expensive.
• To avoid losing luggage, make sure all bags are properly tagged. Hand-carry your valuables.
• The Organizer will not be responsible for any loss of luggage.
• VIP Tents will have one or more air conditioners/coolers and foam mattresses. However, once fully occupied, tents can feel congested.
• Common toilets will serve large numbers of pilgrims — queues are expected.
• When going to Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah, carry minimum luggage — only necessary items.
• Due to traffic conditions and dependency on Moallim, there may be waiting time for buses.
• The Government of Saudi Arabia or the Moallim may change rules unexpectedly; we must accept and comply.

• Valid Passport required — must be valid for at least 6 months before the departure date for Hajj 2027.
• 8 Passport-size photos + 4 photos (4cm × 6cm) + 4 additional passport-size photos with white background required.
• ⚠️ Narcotics/Drugs: Carrying any form of narcotics or drugs is banned and punishable by Death Penalty in Saudi Arabia.
